Evergrande Group's impending government-led restructuring is not China's Lehman moment, according to ShoreVest Partners. But it does point to Beijing's resolve in de-risking and de-levering its financial system, which bodes well for distressed debt investors on the back of $470 billion in NPL dispoals in 2020, twice the 2017 total.
