US law firm Kobre & Kim LLP, which focuses on litigation, arbitration and investigations, has announced the opening of its first Asian office, in Hong Kong, to be led by William McVovern, a former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong and a former Branch Chief in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities & Exchange Commission.
