Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (Mass PRIM), the $44.2 billion Boston-headquartered pension system for teachers and employees of the state of Massachusetts, has made its first commitments to emerging markets private equity, with some $25 million invested in SAIF Partners' latest Fund IV.
