
2010 and 2011 record years for secondaries
Jonathon Freeman, Investment Partner with Coller Capital, said at the 8th Annual Australia & New Zealand AVCJ Private Equity and Venture Forum that while he had predicted that 2009 would be the stand-out year for secondaries, in fact 2010 was a stellar year, reaching $22.1 billion in transactions completed. He believes this will continue into 2011 as well.
