
Temasek to sell Fraser and Neave stake to Kirin
Seletar Investments Pte Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore SWF Temasek Holdings, will sell a 14.7% stake in Fraser and Neave Ltd. (F&N), the largest beverage company in Malaysia and Singapore, to Kirin Holdings Company, Ltd., Japan’s largest beverage group.
