Singapore SWF Temasek Holdings and the Li Ka-shing Foundation, backed by Hong Kong business leader Li Ka-shing, have jointly invested $15 million in a Series B round for SecondMarket Inc., an operator of an online marketplace and trading service for illiquid assets.
