
Hokkaido Venture CEO resigns to start new institute
Ikkei Matsuda, CEO & President of HVC, Hokkaido Venture Capital, and HVC Strategic Research Institute, has left the firm in the end of April this year. His departure, after over a decade of leading the Japanese venture capital firm and related institution, was due to his starting his own firm called Science & Research for Reconstruction (SARR, LLC).
