Mumbai’s Pravi Capital hires new CFO
Pravi Capital Advisors, a Mumbai-based private equity investment advisory firm, has hired Shashidhar Jayaraman, a finance expert in India as its chief financial officer. His main roles at Pravi include portfolio management and supervision of fund accounts, as well as filing investor reports.
Prior to his new role at the private equity firm, Jayaraman worked with Philips India where he was responsible for business planning, working closely with the corporate team in funding solution deals for their core customers. Earlier in his career he held the CFO position at major beverage company, Pepsico India Holdings, between 2003 and 2005, gaining an experience of acquisitions, strategic planning, accounting and business planning. After he resigned Pepsico, Jayaraman joined listed company Infomedia 18 Ltd as CFO, responsible for tax, treasury, legal and investor relations.
