Goodbaby International Holdings Limited, backed by ARC Capital Holdings Limited (ARCH), a closed-end investment firm with a focus on China, debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this week, raising HK$1.47 billion ($189.4 million). It issued 300 million shares, at HK$4.9 ($.63) per share.
