Dupont leaves Coller
Daniel Dupont, Partner at global secondaries investor Coller Capital, has resigned his post after more than a decade with the company.
The annoucement comes during a period of growth for the firm, as it looks to raise some $4-6 billion for its next secondaries fund. Dupont's plans with his next move are unknown, and Coller has not yet made an official statement on his departure.
A regular visitor to Asia, Dupont joined Coller in 1999 after spending three years at major Canadian LP CDPQ (Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec) as Director of Private Equity, where he was largely responsible for the organization's private equity operations in Asia and Europe. Prior to CDPQ, he was a Senior Manager at the National Bank of Canada in London, Hong Kong and Montreal.
