
IL&FS exits auto services JV to Orix Corp
Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) has exited its 50% stake in Orix Auto Infrastructure Services to Japanese conglomerate Orix Corporation, its partner in the joint venture, DealCurry reported.
