
Affinity exits Loscam to PRC's CIMC - reports
After several months of apparent negotiation, Affinity Equity Partners is reportedly exiting its Australian investee Loscam, a pallet provider, to China International Marine Containers (CIMC), which apparently beat out private equity bidders CHAMP Private Equity and Pacific Equity Partners, and nixed speculation that the exit would be a key secondary buyout for Asia in 2010.
