Blume Ventures invests in four Indian startups
Indian angel and seed fund Blume Ventures has invested in four startups. The transactions were completed during the first half of the year, according to the company’s quarterly report.
All four of the investments are in the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) space. Framebench, a cloud-based service platform, allows designers to store designs and share with clients, while Glamrs - which is yet to be launched - is an e-commerce portal designed for beauty products.
The other two investments are in Idfy and 23spaces. The former is an interactive business-to-consumer platform, which enables users to create profiles and upload their identity documents for identification purposes such as renting a flat. 23spaces is an application development company that is currently working on two projects.
Blume Ventures provides seed funding in the range of $50,000 - $250,000 to tech startups in India. It also provides follow-on investments of up to $1.5 million to existing portfolio companies.
