
Mandarin Capital Partners buys Italian chemicals group
The Sino-European private equity fund that counts the China Development Bank and The Export-Import Bank of China as investors - Mandarin Capital Partners (MCP) - has invested EUR 20 million ($26.5 million) for an undisclosed stake in Italmatch Chemicals SpA. However, based on annual revenues of EUR 90 million, the stake is estimated to be in the 13-18% range.
