New York-based private equity real estate investment firm NRDC Equity Partners has joined forces with Australian real estate investor Lend Lease and the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) to bid for trust assets held by Centro Properties, the Australia-headquartered international retail shopping mall management group, according to media reports.
