
KKR completes Intelligence acquisition in Japan
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has signed a definitive agreement for the buyout of Intelligence Ltd., the recruitment services subsidiary of Tokyo-based cable broadcaster and media content provider Usen, for JPY32.5 billion ($358 million), with both parties expecting to complete the deal by end July 2010.
