
Majmudar & Partners makes new hire
Majmudar & Partners, an international law firm based in Mumbai, has appointed Christopher Krishnamoorthy as an associate partner.
Krishnamoorthy's experience includes public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, asset sales, investment advisory work and commercial contracts, including contracts for the development of power projects.
He has been practicing law in India since 1997 at law firms Trilegal and Kochhar & Co in New Delhi. He has also worked in Russia for White & Case in the UK at Jones Day.
Established in 1943, Majmudar & Partners has offices in Mumbai and Banglore where it employs around 100 professionals. The managing partner of the firm is Akil Hirani.
