
SCM Strategic Capital Management appoints Morgan Stanley's Al Paas to board
SCM Strategic Capital Management has named Head of Morgan Stanley’s Shanghai office Al Paas to its board of directors.
Paas is charged with helping the firm develop its investment strategy, banking on his experience in M&A.
Prior to his role as a managing director at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, he has worked with Zurich Financial Services in Switzerland, where he was Global Head of Strategy and Global Head of M&A. He began his career at JP Morgan, also focused on M&A deals.
Switzerland-based SCM Strategic Capital Management maintains a focus on private equity, real estate and infrastructure fund investments, claiming an annual investment volume of $1 billion and more than $7 billion of assets under management.
