China-focused investor Capital Today has participated in a $7 million round of funding for Thatgamecompany, a US online game developer.
Founded in 2006, the company has produced video games including Journey, Flower, Flow and Cloud. The investment will be used for developing new titles as well as to support self-pushing, marketing and distribution efforts, according to a statement.
