
Temasek to take up BofA option of CCB rights issue
Temasek Holdings has confirmed that it will be taking up rights to just over 1.79 billion shares in China Construction Bank currently held by Bank of America (BofA), as the major PRC lender prepares for an RMB61.7 billion ($9.3 billion) rights issue.
