A&J Venture backs PRC green investee for OTCBB listing
A&J Venture Capital Group, Inc., an Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB)-listed German investor headquartered in Heidelberg and focusing on Chinese SMEs, has announced its agreement with China Honeycomb Ceramic to support the latter's preparation for an OTCBB listing.
Under the agreement, A&J Venture will take a 4.5% stake in China Honeycomb, and will back its corporate planning and strategic growth towards the listing. China Honeycomb's products are used to filter automotive exhaust and industrial gas emissions, and the company's business aims to address the pollution problems of China's cities.
A&J Venture focuses on takeover or investment of PRC SMEs to improve their performance, as well as servicing rapidly-growing Chinese companies and assisting international businesses with China entry. The OTCBB is a US electronic quotation system that provides prices and other information for over-the-counter 'penny' stocks not listed on US or other national securities exchanges.
