Yorkville invests $10 million in Chinese pharma company
Yorkville Advisors, a US financial firm specializing in providing debt and equity financing to listed companies globally, has injected $10 million into Lotus Pharmaceutical, Inc., a US OTC Bulletin Board-listed company engaged in the production, trading and retailing of pharmaceuticals in mainland China.
