VC specialist Wilson Sonsini expands Hong Kong presence
Wilson Sonsini, a Silicon Valley-based law firm with strong ties to the venture capital industry, has added a Hong Kong law capability to its China offering and hired a new partner to build out its operations in the territory. Khoon Jin Tan will work closely with staff at Chen & Associates, Wilson Sonsini’s Hong Kong affiliate.
