Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins and Walden International investee AutoNavi Holdings Ltd., a provider of digital map content and navigation services in China, filed with US regulators on Wednesday to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering of depositary shares on New York's NASDAQ.
