
IDG, China Growth Capital invest in job site HunterOn
HunterOn.com, a Chinese online recruitment website, has secured a Series A round of funding from IDG Capital Partners and China Growth Capital.
Financial details were undisclosed but the investment size is said to be about $10 million.
The two-year-old company provides a platform for headhunters and applicants to find capable employees and jobs. The company currently works with about 5,000 companies, including Canon, Ping An Insurance, Ctrip and China Vanke, and 3,000 employment agencies.
The company charges a commission if an applicant is successfully recruited.
IDG Capital Partners is primarily focusing on investing in consumer products, franchise services, internet and wireless application, new media, education, healthcare, new energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Beijing-based China Growth Capital focuses on early and growth companies across education, media, consumer, technology and finance sectors.
