Crescent Capital sells NHC for $441 million
Australian PE firm Crescent Capital has sold its hearing healthcare firm National Hearing Care Group (NHC) to Italian hearing aid retailer Amplifon SA for A$460 million ($441 million), choosing to make its exit via a strategic sale instead of taking a piece of the company public.
