WI Harper Group, the veteran VC firm focusing on early and expansion stage investments, has appointed Jimmy Lu, hitherto co-founder/GP at iD Ventures America, the US arm of what was previously Acer Technology Ventures, as Executive MD and COO, based in its San Francisco and Beijing offices.
